I love this market! The people are friendly, it’s clean, well organized and the produce is fresh. I can find most everything I want here without going to the big “K” store. It’s close to my daughter’s house, so I can shop without having to drive so far.

We already frequent the grocery store (and everyone there is so nice!) but we tried the hot bar and got so much food for a really good price. Best fried chicken in Roanoke and you earn grocery store points at the hot bar too. Highly recommend!

Love this place, I've never seen such friendly helpful employees anywhere, they are helpful, cordial, prices are awesome. Kid friendly(small shopping carts for little ones). Just the best place to shop

Friendly staff, Great service and prices very clean and maintained. They are still getting their online pick up orders and delivery ordering set up but you can go on their website and see their deals every week and set up reward cards and coupons.

So nice to have this in our area now. We don't have a vehicle and have lived here for nearly a decade having only the convenience stores to shop. They have fresh produce, meats, it's like a Winn Dixie or Piggly Wiggly. Workers are all very friendly and helpful. Very nice.

I go at least once per week. The already prepped veggies are the best. The meats are good. I order all my party trays here. They are very reasonable.

It’s so nice to see such a pretty and very well-done grocery store in this food desert. The prices are comparable to most stores. The fresh food is very affordable, which made me very happy to see. There were some things that were pretty high priced, but they’re just starting out and they’re bargaining power Isn’t strong yet. And it seems to be a stop for cyclist, as I was going in there was a group leaving, and as I was leaving, there was a group coming in. 🤷‍♀️ This is a fantastic addition to Roanoke into the area

These are the friendliest staff employees. One sweet lady remembers us each time we go since we recently moved here. Very clean and well stocked. The groceries overall are a little expensive so use their reward program. Register with your phone number and clip online coupons for extra savings. I find they have decently priced meats that so far have been good quality. The market is located in a great strip of buildings with a bank, library, education center and Henriettas that serves hot breakfast lunch and dinner. Look online for daily menu and specials. Great fried chicken and wings. Best sweet potato casserole I've had in years. Deli sandwiches salads and quick to go food and drinks. Very reasonably priced plate lunch with meat and 3 vegs. Melrose market and all the businesses located here are top notch. Lots of old school cuts of meat for soul food cooking. Love this place.

The place is pretty impressive and the food in the dining area is amazing. Love the value and will be shopping here going forward more often.
